Human Speaks
We have no time for pity parties. Sadness and feeling bad for ones Self can be alluring. Ego is a clever, tricky character, like the Native American Fox totem. It is so easy to compare oneself to others, to judge and decide we aren't as amazing or as valuable - to allow that blue rain to pour down from behind our eyes into our heart.
I am constantly slipping into "not wanted" or "not good enough". This is the hunger of the ego. She prefers to be shown evidence that she IS awesome, wanted, and good enough, but in the absence of that feedback from the external world she flips to the opposite without hesitation. Either perspective will do, as long as the focus is on ME.
Soul Speaks
We choose to focus on what we can create - what we can pull down from the field of infinite potential, to manifest in the world for the healing and elevation of all. What can we create, to light up our own heart with bliss, joy, and love? We choose to balance our energies, relaxing and opening when we feel ourselves pushing, attaching, or driving too hard. Picking up the reins and digging our heels in a bit when things get too lackadaisical and dreamy.
Wisdom Speaks
The truth, is that bringing the subtle realm into the physical is a balancing act. Just like a baby learning to use his body, or a teenager learning to drive a car, we must go through that awkward trial-and-error phase when it comes to driving our newly activated energetic bodies. As we remember and unlock our higher potential, we must carefully integrate it with our human reality. This is the work, folks. Sometimes we are reveling in our light bodies, feeling energized, joyful and free, and this is beautiful. Other times we drop deeply into our physical bodies, our physical realities, and spend time rewiring the circuitry in order to support our upgrade. Just because the electric company is delivering higher amperage to your house doesn't mean you can use it right away. First, you have to update your electric service capacity! We are the entire electrical system: The power plant, delivery channel, electrician, and the house.
In the meantime, it is important to mind your vibration, or, the level of consciousness your thoughts and emotions are stationed at. You can't afford to let yourself slip into old thought patterns and beliefs for any longer than it takes to acknowledge and release them. The time of doubt and uncertainty has passed. The time to lace up your boots and take your wobbly legs for a walk in the direction of your heart's desires has arrived.
