Human Speaks

Today my intention is to find center. I woke this morning with considerable anxiety concerning my meditation practice, and a feeling of being generally off-center.

I did, for a moment, feel my spirit family join me during meditation. I am very pleased and grateful for their presence, and ask that they help guide me in all moments. I invite my higher self and spirit family to join me Now.

Monad Speaks

We are here child. Stream us down through the back of your head and heart. Feel a shimmering, sparkling light infuse your body matrix.

Soul Speaks

Today I ask for love, and connection to family. This is what feels natural to me. I trust my inner knowing, intuition, and my body's cues. I trust myself to decode and discern these, letting them guide me gently in the flow of my life. I sit on a rock by a stream, warm sun kissing and tickling my skin. I trust that I know what to do in every moment. I trust in my own integrity, and make every attempt to to follow the guidance of my inner knowing. I feel secure, safe, and supported.

I become the rock I was just sitting on, still warmed by the sun, but with a solid, unmoving timelessness. I Am Stone, and I Am Earth. Granite, perhaps. Rough to the touch and round in shape. Mottled. The stream passes by and I feel its' reverberations. Take me to Heaven on Earth, Aho.
